Zoom and Zoomies
Two lesbians, three cats, and one very needy dog decided to trade square footage for freedom. Zoom and Zoomies is our behind-the-scenes look at camper life, remote work, and the chaos of full-time travel with pets.
Each week, we share stories, tips, and “what were we thinking?” moments as we figure out life on the road—Starlink hiccups, packing fails, and all.
Whether you’re dreaming of RV life, already a digital nomad, or just here for the pet drama, join us for honest conversations, helpful hacks, and plenty of laughter.

Zoomies Tip Jar
- Mopeka tank monitors - if you’re doing anything with propane tanks, get these little monitor things that show you how much is in your tanks.
- Great for grills too, even if you’re not a camper: https://amzn.to/42in2rQ

- Blackstone Life
- VY LOVES IT (mostly)

Pet Drama Report
- Levi has almost completely chewed up my slipper. This is a new thing. He's got an anxious/excited shoe grab thing.
Random Question of the Week
- If you could have only one “appliance” for warming/cooking meals (ever… not just in the camper), what would you choose? (Air fryer? Oven? Stove top? Microwave? Blackstone? Grill?)
- Britt: I’d choose stove top i think. Compact and portable and you can do a variety of things with it and it works with pots and various containers.
- Vy: Blackstone! Or a stove top.
- I do love the Blackstone, but it can be a lot when you have to bring everything in and out. So for overall cooking I do love the blackstone, for practicality or everyday use, i would have to go with a stove top
